Bouquet Info

Thank you for your purchase!

Garden fresh bouquets last 5 days on average and will vary on the type of flower. With a few tips you may be able to extend their counter life.

1. Make sure to get your flower bouquet into a clean vase of water as soon as possible after purchase. A clean vase washed with hot, soapy water will help reduce bacteria growth.

2. Give your stems a small trim at a 45 degree angle under running water each day. Replace the water in the vase daily or every other day if using floral preservatives. You can also make a homemade solution of 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 quart lukewarm water to help provide nutrition in the vase.

3. Place your vase of flowers in a cool environment out of direct sunlight. If you are super motivated, you can place them in the refrigerator over night to chill.

4. Clean out leaves and other debris. Some flowers will expire faster than others, you can remove those to help extend the life of others going strong.
